Two training formats to suit your pace
Private Training – Massage Therapy
A 100% personalized training program, ideal if you want to learn at your own pace and receive one-on-one guidance.
- One-Day Training
- Content tailored to your skill level and goals
- A volunteer client is present so you can practice in real-world conditions
Rate: €2,900 (tax included) per day
Group Training – Massage Therapy & Head Spa
Intensive training courses in small groups (4 to 6 people maximum), promoting discussion, supervised practice, and collaborative learning.
Massage Therapy (2 days)
- In-depth study of professional massage techniques
- A balance of theory and hands-on practice
- Personalized instruction despite the group format

- Monday, November 30 & Tuesday, December 1, 2026 (training conducted exclusively in English)
- Monday, January 18 & Tuesday, January 19, 2027 (training conducted in French)
Head-Spa (1 day)
We’re launching our Head-Spa training courses at the start of the year.
This course is offered exclusively in group settings.
- Learning specific Head-Spa techniques
- Techniques, protocols, and a wellness-focused approach
- Practical, hands-on training for immediate application

A comprehensive, professional program
During this course, you will learn:
- Human anatomy: skeletal and muscular structures and the nervous system
- Study of common conditions to understand clients’ pain and needs
- Massage techniques: relaxation, sports, and deep tissue
- Hands-on approach: alternating between the roles of massage therapist and client for a comprehensive learning experience

What You’ll Receive at the End of Your Training
